Program/Curriculum Design

Rosa E. González takes an empowerment approach to program design, creating conditions that support the participation of all stakeholders.  Having designed education, training, engagement and leadership development programs over the last 15+ years for organizations such as The Museum of Children's Art, The San Francisco Urban Service Project, The Partnership for Immigrant Leadership and Action, Green For All, and the Alliance for Climate Education, she manages a wide range of polarities to creatively meet multiple needs and objectives.  She uses program design as an opportunity to deepen and shift culture as needed.

With years of experience in Popular Education and Participatory Theater, Rosa González designs processes and programs that creatively engage groups in critical dialogue, problem solving, and action planning.  Rosa has designed standards-based K-12 curricula for a range of subjects, college-level courses, interactive study guides for theatrical performances and plays, trainings for teachers, administrators, organizers, and services providers, and leadership development experiences for youth and adults in a variety of settings.  She also works with organizations to enhance existing curriculum through development of responsive pedagogical frameworks and practices.  She provides her clients with specially designed toolkits of games and processes that support their learning objectives and program impact goals.
